Grant County Art Guild Gallery, 316 N Bullard St, Silver City
The Grant County Art Guild Gallery is hosting a Plein Air art show October 1-31 featuring works by eight of its most experienced Plein Air artists. Paintings will be of downtown Silver City, from prominent historic architecture to hidden nooks and crannies. The artists promised to include some houses too, so check the show for a house you might recognize.
The show will be held in two of the large GCAG gallery windows, as well as inside the gallery. Stop by for a sneak peak from the sidewalk, then come in and enjoy the rest of the show. A show reception for the Plein Air Artists will be held Saturday, Oct 9 from 4-7pm, during the SCAA Weekend at the Galleries. The Grant County Art Guild Gallery, located at 316 N Bullard, is open in October every day, 10am-5pm. For more information about the GCAG see gcag.org.
