Solace in Nature is a group exhibition of Alternative Process photography juried by Christina Z Anderson. The work of 37 artists from across the globe will be on view. Processes include cyanotype, platinum, photopolymer gravure, Instant transfers, photo encaustic, gum bichromate, gelatin silver, and more.
Wild Detritus: Touched by the Sun, Aged by the Earth is an exhibition by Silver City artist, Kathleen Koopman who works with found material and the light-sensitive process of cyanotype. The results of years of collecting, organizing, and documenting objects representing the beauty of deterioration, exploring provenance, combined with printmaking, photography, and experimental methods.
