2024 Holiday Art Market Application

Friday, November 8 (4pm – 8 pm)
&
Saturday, November 9 (10am – 4pm)

Location: Murray Hotel Ballroom, 200 West Broadway, Silver City

The Art Market will feature the music of Peter Dahl-Brendine and Marc Yaxley mid-day on Saturday.
Guests will be invited to linger and have lunch at provided tables to enjoy the music and browse booths.

Application Deadline: October 18, 2024

  • The Market fee is $25 for SCAA members and $40 for non-members. You will receive payment information after acceptance to the show.

  • Applications will be opened up to non-SCAA members beginning October 9, 2024.

  • Work sold at the market must be made by the artist. Prints and merchandise are acceptable as long as the images are created from art made by said artist.

  • Two artists may share a booth and split the fee but must apply separately. Please provide the name of your booth partner in the space provided.

  • Booth spaces are 10’ by 10’. Artists must provide their own tables and displays. Chairs are available—limit of two per booth. Electricity will be available; if you need power please bring extension cord(s).

  • Artists are responsible for managing the sales at their booth, as well as paying gross receipts tax to the state. Set up will be Friday afternoon (beginning time to be announced). Booth set ups must be complete by 3:45 pm on Friday and breakdown between 4:00pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday. Break down may not begin before 4 pm.

  • Spaces will be assigned by the Art Market Committee and a map of assignments will be provided once vendors have been finalized.

  • Note that we are not permitted to tack or tape or nail on the walls, be prepared to set up a “freestanding display”.
