Marsha Banas’ beaded mosaic and assemblage creatures are a local favorite, but everyone always asks, “How does she DO that?!?” At this "Meet the Artist" event you can peek behind the curtain to discover the creative and technical processes of her weirdly wonderful work. What to expect: raw materials, work in progress, Marsha herself, and a LOT of completed examples. Refreshments will be served. This event is part of the Silver City Art Association's First Fridays at the Galleries, which are held on the first Friday evening of every month. The GCAG Gallery is open from 10am-5pm, seven days a week, with additional hours for special events—like First Fridays!
