FREE paper art workshop with Sally Tilton

FREE Sally Tilton paper-art workshop! In this Grant County Art Guild workshop, you will make and paint a paper feather. No registration required--walk-ins welcome as space allows. Finishing a feather will take up to 30 minutes, so this is a pop-in-and-out event. No experience needed, and all ages are welcome.
